In England, there was such a big problem with these bikes. Adolescents were buying them, & causing so many accidents with their crazy riding, that the police were immediately confiscating any that were being ridden in a public place.

They were able to do this because the bikes had no registration plates, no road tax disc showing, no insurance. Lighting not up to spec, no test certificate - the list of no no's goes on & on.

They were just not street legal.

Those little saddle bags .... LOL.

I can safely say i've never seen a crotch rocket with saddlebags mounted!!

is that a saddlebag or is that her little purse strapped on to something, i never noticed that till you mentioned it.

the first time i ever saw those mini crotch rockets it was like what the hell is that i want one.. these 2 guys were driving them down a main streets. and they looked like a lot of fun.

Hi, Mr. Primal.
The embeded video is not working, so I did Right Mouse Click >> Watch On YouTube >>> ha ha ha.
Anyway, those little kids are amaizing.... looks so natural.
And even, kids tried to wheellies... ha ha ha....

However it seems little danger to kids without proper gears, they must be prepared for kids ???

I think jeans and long sleeve shirts are more than enough protection for the speeds they're going. I've seen kids on tricycles with no helmets going that fast (okay, maybe not, haha).
