Hey Rookie. No, but I will make a move soon. Im in a very uncomfortable situation. Can't afford an apt, but maybe a furnished room.
im staying in my daughters basement, its been a year, we are both feeling uncomfortable about it. She has already given me "hints". Looking for work, looking for a room to live in, and Im not happy with the GZ. Want a bigger bike. I have been looking at a Kawasaki Vulcan 500, a 2009. Its only got 4K miles and the dealer only wants 4K for it. But I don't have enough, plus I couldn't finance it anyway cause Im not working right now.

Im hoping something will happen soon, even if its a part-time job.

I want a bigger bike too. For you tho, first you need a job and a room, and save money this winter while not riding, or sell it. I might sell mine. Good luck.

Just remember guys, a lot of us moved on up but still hang around here. You don't have to leave.

No , no, mole. I really like the people here. I have learned alot in the short time I've been here. If I do get a bigger bike soon, (I want one) I doubt I'll find a nicer place than this.

I have never owned a GZ. I joined up when Lynda bought her GZ so I would have a source of knowledge and experience. Lynda moved up to a larger bike but I have remained here for the friendship and fun folks. Having gone through the true newbie experience with Lynda and taking a real riding course with her I stay around to support new riders and try to make their life easier. This is a good forum to be part of no matter what you ride.
