There is a 12v dual pitch dual horn set up at harbor freight comes with the relay. all you need is a 10amp fuse and a good bit of female slide connectors and 1 male slide connector to install, and the 10mm wrench and 13mm socket to remove and install parts and wire crimpers to install connections. there are instructions right in the box all you need to know past that is the orange/green wire is the positive and the black is horn switch. There is a screw holding the wires/cables to the frame at the underside of the tank right in front add the ground there and have a dual horn set up I will do a how to when I get the time just kinda busy my son is moving now so you have to watch him alot closer 9mo.s old and is scootin good! ride safe, James

Hello JVA.

I would be interested in the HOWTO when you make it. Try to include a sound bite of the original horn, then of the new horn. I'm gonna check out the Harbor Freight website now. Do you remember the price ? Model number ? You can PM me if you want to repeat this in private.

Thanks JVA
I did go to Harbor Freight, and I did see that very same model. Once you finish installing , tell us how you like it and give us the sound bite.

I finished installing it about 15 minutes after i got it home the only things that really was any kind of trouble was i didn't know what wires went where on the original horn.

wow jva ... it really sounds loud and strong. I'm close to buying it and installing it myself. Once I get through with this relocation I'm considering. I'll let you know how my install goes, when I do it.

Sorry to bug you... Rather new to electrical work, but could you provide me with a link to the fuse you used as well?

I used a 10 amp atc fuse because i had them on hand but toy can use any fuse that is 10 amp if u go to the parts store you should be able to buy an inline fuse holder id get one that is waterproof so the connection stayed clean.

A Stebel or knockoff from Harbor Freight is only about $30-35 and uses a 20 amp fuse because of the power draw.

Some of the knock offs are not as loud as the true Stebel but still very loud compared to the OEM horn.
