I put the bike inside for the winter, I'll be getting it out
before to long and it's still for sale, and it's still only
has 9 miles on it. $2,800

Just call me curious. Why do you say riding is not for you ?? Do you have any prior experience or rider training ?? Even a 250 can be a little intimitating to a newbie without any ideas or training. I am sure you want the bike to go to a good home but you might be missing out on a great life long experience.

You bought a 250cc bike with no motorcycling experience, decided that motorcycling wasn't for you, for some reason or another, and bought a bigger and more powerful bike in it's place??? :??:

Yah , that's about it !!
Anyway does anyone want to
buy a mint condition GZ250 ?

No, but maybe some one will be there for your mint H-D after 10 miles. It isn't what you ride but it is how you ride it. A Harley won't be near as user friendly and forgiving as a GZ. I have a sneaky suspicion peer pressure and having a little bike have made your decisions for you. I see this around here quit a bit. Too much bike for a newbie is a recipe for disaster. One of the fellows here failed his road test with an 1100 cruiser. He later said he should have had some thing like Lynda's GZ for the test. She did not make any offers. He is too macho for lessons and is a danger to everyone including himself. He needs lessons and a GZ for a year in my opinion.

i learned best on my GZ. I now have a harley, and like that too....but i still love my GZ, and commute on it each day. i get lots of compliments on it too!!!

Make anouther one and we'll stay out.

Hopefully you'll sell your bike.

Good luck,

Kinda......but what's up with all the non-responses to the legitimate questions??

:)

Is this for real or not?
How DOES one end up with a bike that has only 9 miles that you want to sell ??
