1999 GZ250 freshen up

Hi, bought a GZ250 recently as a run around while I finish my 800 Vulcan. Pushed it in the shed the other day because it had a faultly clutch switch and this happened ;)

It is a good solid bike with new tyres and freshly serviced. Just needed a good clean . List of things being done are

New grips and bar ends and mirrors, clean up and paint tree and dash
Clean up bars and control boxes, polish up all chrome with steel wool
replace stock turn signals with smaller units
Modify rear ducktail section
Rebuild front forks , brake caliper and new pads
replace rear shocks & rear shoes,
Detail parts of the engine, caliper, disc and drum
clean up rusty muffler paint and heatproof paint and wrap pipes.
Clean up and repaint fenders, side cover and tank

This is a budget clean up because I spent all my money on the other one. Now the wife has chimed in and says she want it. She chose the green paint, plus be good to have a riding partner ...... SOMETIMES

Adjust everything , register and enjoy

That sure was a lot of work to fix a faulty clutch switch. The results are very nice and shows that you put a lot of thought into the project. Well done on both bikes.
