Bad news. I blew the head gasket.
Good news. Ive got a new one in my drawer and I can change it in my sleep. 9~]

Rebuilt with chinese parts. Then put suzuki parts back in with chinese gaskets.
Time for a Suzuki head gasket I guess.
Those Alibaba GN250 parts are made of mouse queefs >:(

Oh well.
Even for a failed build/experiment...... I got thousands of miles ;)

All my previous builds I just got factory .5 mm overbore piston, new rings, gaskets and new valve guides then let the machine shop do their magic and then I reassemble with factory gaskets and a tiny bit of mojo.

One thing is surprising... This silly thing just keeps running like the Terminator.
It has it's fits but just wont quite die 9-]
It ran spitting out combustion gasses and oil but it just kept running o_O

I have to say, they are built like a tank for an economy level bike.

The GZ is a simple bike with relatively simple cures when things go south.

.5 over isnt much but we are talking only a 250cc.. did you notice any different performance changes at .5 over?
