DROPPING REV'S (SOLVED)

:??: Help!! My Partners Bike has been sitting for about a month. Starts easy but once warm it's idle for about 30 seconds then the rev's drop down even more and cuts out. have replaced plug drain tank and bowl filled with new fuel checked tappet's and fuel flow all ok. Yet if i disconnect the vacumm hose for the fuel tap it idles just about as it should.
Any ideas would be a great help.
have check all the jets and cleaner the carb now as well. :??:

Found the problem while sitting fuel had leaked throught into the oil and thinned it out once it had a oil changed
it runs and idles fine (was fumeing into the air box and choking the engine at idle.

You no doubt have a problem with the carb float or needle valve not closing.
When you get it fixed, you might want to change the oil as it might be contaminated with fuel now.
