Tube sizes for stock tires

Hey everyone..new guy here. Experienced rider myself (Own a VTX1300 cruiser) but recently picked up a GZ250 for my wife to learn on, never having ridden before.

Getting it ready for the season it's clear it needs new rubber. Have decided on sticking with the stock tire sizes, opting for Shinko's, the reviews indicate a good combination of value for the dollar, and if I only get a season out of them, so be it.

Problem I'm having is finding tubes. On this side of the border (Canada) a lot of tubes are listed in metric, some not. Doing the conversion and based on what I've read online confuses the matter more.

So, can anyone tell me if these combinations will work?

Front stock tire 110/90-16, tube (metric) 4.25/4.60-16?
(According to this website, that tube will fit that tire..but still questioning it)

Rear stock tire 130/90-15, tube 140/90-15?
Yes, 130 vs 140, but again, data I seem to be able to find indicates it'll work?

The exact matches simply don't appear to be available up here (and typically hard to find anywhere anyways?) but much Googling and such (including a few threads here) seem to suggest those are combinations that will work.

Advice appreciated.

I don't have much on this subject. But when I went to a 100 tire on front (much easier to find) & a 140 in rear same tubes worked fine. :)

Thanks. Closest tube I can find is a 140/90-15. A lot of websites I'm seeing show this as a valid tube for a 130/90-15 tire, but thoughts?

I think it should be fine. The tire is only 10mm wider so most likely the same tube for both tires. :)

I have to agree with Blaine. The tube will stretch to fit when filled with air. Nothing to worry about.
