That is a nice GZ250 Sarris. Is that stock handlebar? I like those grips where did you get them from?

Grips

Bars are stock w/ Kuryakyn ISO Grips for 7/8" handle bar. Bitchwhip end caps are by Iron Braid. The ISO Grips are big diameter w/ alot of rubber area and are very comfy. :tup:

I like your windshield. It really fits the bike (not too big). What windshield is it?

Bike looks great. What kind of saddlebags are those? Where did you get them? I am looking to start adding some accessories to my little girl.

Windshield & Saddlebags.

The windshield is visually & structurally a great piece with alot of chrome on the face. The tiny Suzuki OEM windshield was about $200, but way too small. This one is by Custom World, and mounts on the fork tubes between the trees. It is available in several configurations, and is about $300. It is available here: http://www.motorcyclewindshield.com/cus ... shield.htm

The saddle bags are stock Suzuki throw-overs & bag rails. But, instead of throwing over the fenders, I trimmed & slipped the throw over tongue between the chrome fender rails & the fender, pulled the bags up as far as possible. After half a dozen black wire ties to tie the bag & tongue to the bag rail, and voila, no leather over the fender.

Man nice ride Sarris. If copying is the ultimate compliment, I will take a lot of what you have done to my bike.

Really like the windshield but man thats out of my price range. Fathers day or not : )

Really Really like the bags too, but would like more info on how you did it. Does it seem stable? Seems like the plastic fender wouldnt hold much like that.

Bags

Yo XT;
Thanks for your kind compliments. But I got to tell you, there ain't alot o'stuff for GZ's so you got to get creative. A lot of minor 750 Marauder & 650 Savage stuff fit it. I had to make my own templates for Chilhowee to create the fender & tank bibbs. Mostly it's trial & error.

The bags are actually hanging over the steel fender support bracket behind the chrome piece. This is the same bracket that supports the bag bar supports, so it should hold OK. Mine have been no problem except for a little scorching on the bottom of the right bag from the muffler. I just trimmed the width of the throw-over tongue to fit between the fender rail bolts, then I stuffed it between the bolts & down the backside of the bag rails. I can send you a photo if you can't picture what I'm trying to describe.
