Hardbags

Alright boys and girls - my hardbags came from ebay today with no mounting instructions. has 4 flat bars bent in a J with 5 holes up the long end and one hole in the Jtab. Any thoughts would be greatfully appreciated. Now while you think about this I'm going back out there to ponder some more.

Check the bag on the muffler side and see how it will set.

Well kids you can rest easy.... figured it out, the chrome does not stay on. That being said, they are:

(1) too small for the bike
(2) too flimsy, bouncy
(3) the taillight is a P92 dash light bulb (granted that can be changed)
(4)FOR SALE for $10 + shipping

For $10 they would make fancy looking parts containers hanging on a wall somewhere.

Thanks for the offer but no. Maybe some one closer will pony up the shipping cost. The shipping cost to the GWN is outragious. The cheapest way to ship here is USPS. It is a real bargain compared to UPS, Fedex and others who make up their own rules and fees. I have no problem paying the USPS a $28 bill for a jacket from Texas as I probably have saved at least $100 in the end. The other guys seem to charge extra fees if their coffee break is interrupted. Their brokerage fee at the border is one for the books. I no longer order from the U.S. unless I have the choice of USPS. More on that later. I'm still getting over my latest purchase with shipping and handling fees.
