Hose that goes no where

Hey everybody, I am a new owner of a 2007 GZ250 and I found a hose that is suppose to attach to the carb but can't find how. The nozzle I'm thinking it goes looks plugged and it's too wide to fit the hose on anyway. Pretty sure it's causing my bike to die whenever I close the choke after warming it up even.

I can't tell much from the pictures but it looks like the crankcase breather hose. It should run between the air box and the crankcase. The hose should attach to the crankcase on the left side of the bike just above the front sprocket. It looks like your lock ring is gone from the end of the hose to hold it in place. Hope this helps solve your problem BigBoss319.

Disregard that. I see where yours is attached. Their should be a hose that attaches to the right side of the carb body just behind the throttle cable guide. Check to see if one is attached there. If not, that's probably the right one. Someone else will probably come on and pinpoint it for you if that is not right.

I can't seem to find a nipple it attaches to anywhere on the carb. Maybe I need an attachment to fit into something? Here are some more pictures I just took this morning from the other side.

I found a picture of where it's suppose to go under the carb but it doesn't seem to fit on the nipple there.

(Not the hose being held; it's the one under the carb)

Ok so I found that it's suppose to go here but a hose won't fit on that so I'm pretty sure it needs an attachment to fit there. Does anyone know the attachment I need?

EDIT: I'm absolutely sure that hose is for the EVAP system but still don't know how to fit it on the carburetor. I really need some help on figuring this one out.

I looked at my 2009 GZ and it is different than your 2007. I have one drainage hose coming off of the bottom of carburetor which I see is present on yours, the other is a drip hose coming out of the air box and it is open on one end to allow moisture to drain out of the air box itself although it should have a cap on it. Perhaps that is the hose you are questioning? Trace the hose back to it's source and tell me what it is hooked to. If it is the air box, then it is probably the drain hose

It leads back to the Charcoal canister. I own a California model which apparently uses an E33 carburetor (not sure if other models use different) but I can not find any way to hook it up to the carburetor like I see other models do. I am currently unable to ride my bike with the choke off so I am assuming it's a vacuum leak and that the hose not connecting to the carb is the source of the problem.

Ok I've highlighted the pictures in with red circles to show my problem specifically. The hose circled is the one disconnected, another picture shows another california model with the hose in question actually connected, the next picture is my bike and shows where the hose needs to go. Only problem is there is no fitment to get the hose on their. Can someone tell me the part number of of the fitment I need to install on the carb to place the hose there?

I just found a picture of the fitment that is suppose to be there! Can anybody tell me where I can get one of these? I circled it in red.

I think I have to buy a new carburetor for it since this is the wrong one... goodbye 350 dollars...
