How on earth can you use the footbrake with it set as high as that? Don't you know how to adjust the position so that it is just under your foot when you are in a comfortable riding position?

I have never had a problem with the break. and i have little feet

It does look funny but I think part of it is optical illusion.

The brake pedal is quite long and in the picture, it looks rather short.
Mine probably looks a bit like that. Short legs and small feet brings the toe back farther than it is for those with their knees up under the bars and clown feet sticking out in the front. :poked:
