Go with the Shadow 750. Much better balance then the Harley & as the vlx is a good starter bike it is a four speed.

WHY only 1.5 quarts? Seems like I remember it should take over 2 ???
And yes, being low on oil can cause overheating.....and lots of OTHER bad things too, like total enging failure. :cry:
