I just went through this on mine, they don't sell parts for it, at least I haven't found any in an extensive search. But on a good note, when I bought a new petcock, it fixed the leak right up.

Nope "prime" is a whole other setting, there are three settings on the petcock. On, Res and Pri. The Pri is for prime obviously, set it on that one and crank it over for several seconds and see...
