I don't have any experience with Seafoam although it may be recommended as a cleaner prior to an oil change. My concern would be is it a good thing for a motorcycle? The bikes have clutch plates that...

You can probably use the old O-rings. Order new ones for the next oil change if you want.

The answer is simple. Grab onto a metric conversion calculator. It will have metric, Imperial measure and U.S. measures. Cheap easy and I never(rarely) leave home without it if I am on a road trip....
