Thanks for the replies guys. I pickup the OEM filter at Partzilla.com for $30 and 1.20 each for the screws. $42 with shipping. I will post back when installed to see if performance improves.

Had only driven my '09 GZ250 around town till last week. Got her out on the road this week and got up to 5th gear, but was not able to get above 45mph. In fact at the top of each gear it would start...
