Burkbuilds,that's interesting! And i have definately experienced this "slight variation" with aftermarket parts, seeing as how i have owned a chevy silverado , s10, and an 04 chevy trailblazer that...

My buddy rides a bone stock gz250. I pulled the spark plug only to see WHITE...EVERYWHEREEEEE!! indicating LEAN/HOT conditions. Suzuki has their heads so far up the EPA's &%$...

Below is a picture of a Qlink 250..Its a GZ250!!!!If they didn't purchase the blueprints for that motor from Suzuki, then they certainly stole them!! Jk..Same single-cylinder, four-valve, dual-header...

The OP said he didn't have a multimeter. I was just offering what i thought could be a "safe" conclusion to jump to...I mean, if its only been two weeks and he doesn't even hear the starter relay...

If there is not even a "click" from the starter solenoid but your bike lights up then you are looking at a break in the ignition circuit. QD (CNC) electronics cleaner is your friend.
