Something i overlooked but on list to address is...

Something i overlooked but on list to address is a cam rocker bolt that i need to remove and replace.
Its on for intake clutch-hand side of bike.
Plan on replacing rocker arms and rocker rods.

To fill in I have since replaced piston, cylinder with chinese parts. New Nasaki Head assembly from alibaba or Aliexpress....

Horn blares when turning key on

All I did electrically was unhook the wire harness to access adjusting the valves.

So does it mean I need a new horn? It's funny I had the bike running before and didn't hit the horn button

I was at advance auto and realized I have the wrong battery a 5lbs Banshee brand. It's 5 amps not 6 amps
It was 30 bucks so my thriftyness got me.
They got an autocraft battery 6amp hour for $65...

Update

I had another 6mm head bolt to replace 30mm long. Advance had it. It's the one under the valve adjust covers.

I have valve cover on and bolts finger tight with permatex black Max oil resistance...

Advance auto was a success for my broken cylinder head bolt 6mm 1.0 thread 50 long!
$1.50 or so. All I did was walk in I need a 6mm bolt and guy took my good bolt and found one in a plastic package...
