U can try loosen air screw in the bottom carb....just a little...about 45 degree (1/4) counter clock

Or buy one step bigger pilot jet
...

ignition timing can be mod to advance or retard than the stock....and as far as i know....there are 3 ways to do it

1.buy aftermarket CDI (this is the easiest way)
2.modding camshaft gear nut...

76mm piston (originally piston of daihatsu zebra)...about 275cc
78mm piston (originally piston of KIA sephia) about...300cc
Both of piston above has same stroke...

Yes...but this kind of bike are raw...frame etc basically not designed to handle...

Use colder spark if u live in some hot area or have some mod engine (modding that can make the engine...

I doubt it coz u mention one of the pole winding in stator was black....so in my opinion....2 of 3 phase just perfect...
