I made the pan out of an old street sign and mounted it on the metal bar salvaged from inside the old fender. I made the cover out of marine vinyl and attached it to the pan with strips of metal and...

I hated the seat and rear fender so I got rid of them and made a cafe racer style seat for it. Its not perfect but its not bad for about $25 in supplies.

The rear light is a running light, brake light and turn signal and yes, larger shocks in the back.
