It's hard to make a true cafe racer bike with the cruiser-ish frame of the GZ.I did convert mine into a cafe style cruiser with minimal effort.Most people think it's a Triumph!

I'm trying to do all that I can to make it practible as it's our only vehicle, I live on top of a hill but I think it shouldn't lake too much low end from it
