I have this tool that lights up when touching wires to different electrical parts of the the bike, but when I touch the starter, it doesn't work. I was wondering if the starter is supposed to be...

I cannot find it. I'm slowly putting my bike together and I've been told it needs a valve adjusment.

Everything was fine a few weeks after i got my 2002 gz250 in march 2014. Its july now and my bike is giving me a hard time starting (i have to use the choke and try maybe a dozen times) and also...
