For what it's worth I run a 140 just to be cautious,with a pod and slip on you can't be too safe. Plus more fuel never hurt,itl get burnt just the same

Has any one ever done a thing on how to replace a cylinder head and set the timing? Mine is trashed,I have done a few head swaps on dirt bikes but never a gz,is there anything I should be wary of?

Yeah the exhaust valve is trashed and the cam chain appears to be connected but the engine is unable to turn over....deff a gun in mouth kind of day

So I finally got a welder and decided I needed something to zap so I zapped a new stack togather! It's not finished yet,I'm going to trim it about 6 inches and install a rain flapper...what ya think...

The kit contained three jets in a range and several shims and a new jet needle but the trick is you have to tell them what has been done to the bike ie open exhaust or aribox mod or forced induction...

Any hydraulic lever can be used as long as it is rh 7/8. I doubt you can get a window but you can get an entire reservoir that screws on top of the lever assy.

Hey there is a company called sigma6 that does custom jet kits,ordered mine for a little under 60 bucks and it comes with detailed instructions, worked like a champ on my bike.

Interesting. What are the two systems? I assume it runs more off the battery under 1200 rpm, seems to be the magic number on most bikes.

Thanks for the kind words grasshopper,all in all I have no regrets but I may not be so quick to roll out there next year. I think the judges were on drugs but that's just me.

When I was working on my gz and had it stripped down to engine tires and frame with no extras it acted a lot like a dirtbike as far as responsiveness,it's no powerhouse but I have beat the hell out...
