Bad move - VERY bad move - It's not there to protect the engine as much as protecting YOU. (I don't know why you don't call them "crash bars" like we do in England) This is the umpteenth time I've mentioned it, but, last year when I got sideswiped by a 4 x 4, & the bike went over, the bars were the ONLY thing that stopped my leg being squashed under the bike, & being badly burned by the engine. |
