Well for the fuel level, i just shake the bike and listen, i let it run till it shuts off and then switch to reserve. Spark plugs are cheap at walmart, so no prob there. I dont know how much new wires are, nut knowing this bike, probably high, like everything else. Your prob could be either compression, fuel, or ignition. Might want to try a compression gauge, they screw in where the spark plug goes, then you turn the engine over, and see if its holding the pressure. If it is, test the wire with a screwdriver close to metal, for spark. If its fuel check all your lines for fuel.
