Go to Canadian Tire. They have a nice waterproof 12 volt outlet for about $15. You can probably mount it right on the bars with a P-clamp. Extend the wires to the battery and fuse the positive side for safety. 16 guage wire and a 10 amp fuse should cover most future needs.
