I'm looking for more dependability than speed. You're correct in that I don't see much that can be done performance wise other than trimming weight from it instead of trying to do horsepower. And it's cheaper to put it on a diet than try to go into the drive train. Damn, it's a fun bike. I think the kiddo will like it too!
