Welcome. Fair price considering the mileage. You will have to invest some money into tires, cleaning out the fuel system, new plug, lube all cables and oil change with filter. Lube and adjust the chain as well just to get a fresh start. I would imagine the battery might need replacing as well where it has been sitting inactive for so long. Charge it up and see if it runs.
