1) when the engine is HOT, use the white knob under the carb to set the idle to 1200-1400 rpm.
4) Halfway between the brake pedal and the back wheel, you'll find an adjuster in the cable. it may need screwing in or out until the brake light comes on when the pedal is pressed.
