I was able to use some geometry to get the seat "leaned back" by taking the roughly 15 degree angle of the seat stay and the distance away "up and over" to come up with a total of 22 degrees from parrell to ground... the differnece is 7... so the bracket has 7 degree lean... or 83 degrees... how ever you look at it.

As long as i dont raise the rear of the seat... its actually REALLY fitting. Im 6' and i feel and open on it. I jist wany the seat a smidge a farther back...
