Gotta agree with Alantf. More saddle time is required. Lynda trained on a Honda 250 but much preferred the GZ in every category.

It is all about what you get used to riding in many cases. When I rode Lynda's GZ home for her, I had a hard time finding the pegs for a while. Too far forward compared to my Vstrom. By the time we got home I was just so comfy I didn't want to get off.

Lynda wore Red Wing riding boots with a good thicker sole. Heavy to walk in but perfect for the riding. Overall, the proper riding gear will inspire confidence and better riding skills. With armored riding gear and less chance of getting hurt in an oops she was free to concentrate on just riding and singing to herself. Singing was so funny.............we had intercoms and she forgot I could hear her when she was in her personal zone.
