McGuire's celaner wax, holy crap my bike is shiny.

i been using their carnuauba liquid wax and well it is ok, it shines stuff up a little bit but nothing to speak of really but this McGuire's paste cleaner wax is excelent. even the white paint on my bike looks nice and shiny, with the other wax i could tell no difference what so ever on the white paint. this stuff also shines up chrome way better than any chrome polish i have ever seen. some say its probably not a good idea to wax any chrome parts that get hot like engine parts so i skipped those but any thing else chrome like my bars and fender rails, rims, fork covers and so on got waxed.

my bike looks so amazingly right now i don't even want to set on it i just want to set and stare at it, this wax is definitely some good stuff one of these days im gonna break down and get some of their expensve wax, i hear that stuff makes your paint shine like nothing else.

for 6 bucks a can you cant beat the shine you get with this stuff.

Don't know about bikes, but if you smoke a pipe, carnuba wax is the stuff you buy to shine it up. Works great on pipe bowls!

Yes, that's WHY you use carnuba wax! It's made to polish furniture (wood) & pipe bowls (wood). Never heard of it being used on metal.

Alan, there is probably a hint of carnuba in our North American wax. Suspect it is more to do with advertising and perceived value. But whatever the formula is here, it works well enough.

This thread is 3 months old. I doubt it's kept that shine.

What's this new "wax" stuff you are talking about? Never heard of it. Will they be selling it everywhere eventually?
