Just a wild a$$ suggestion here about custom bars. Do you know anyone working in a muffler shop. Ask him if he would like a project. Bending pipes to your specs and welding on mounting flanges to fit the bike might be worth worth a try. Painting the pipes would be cheaper than chrome. Anybody else with custom ideas out there ?
