I've got a similar sort of settup. Difference is that I wanted to remove the backrest so that my box would open (hinge forward). So be prepared to manufacture something to make it fit. When I removed the backrest I had to make packers.[attachment=0:3g5l70k4]b13.jpg[/attachment:3g5l70k4]

From the pictures it seems like the fitting for the backrest could be home made, so, again, be prepared to mod.

It says it's 9 5/8" wide. Just measure the width from seat-back-post to seat-back-post and see what you come up with. You can always get some long bolts, washers and drill bits from Home Depot

got a cobra flat rack off ebay for 29 with a sissy bar fit my bar perfect
