Scratches On Your Bike

If you ride it your going to get them.

Its just part of normal wear and tear. In spite of being very careful I got plenty.

I noticed a few weeks ago that the paint on the sides of my tank is beginning to wear from my knees rubbing against it. I'm a tank squeezer. I squeeze the tank with my knees when I ride and it takes great effort and concentration for me not to do this.

For some folks a scratch on their bike is a big deal. I don't want them but I really don't see any way to avoid them if I ride and ride I must.
