choke is stuck

so it's cold I live in Oklahoma and I still ride my GZ everywhere but now the choke cable is like stuck and wont move at all any ideas?

Disconnect it at the carburetor (left side) and get some lube into by raising it up and letting the lube run down the sheath toward the switch lever on the handlebar. Mine was a little stiff this morning too as it got down to 26 degrees here.

ok so my stepdad fixed it ue said there was a spring broken and he replaced it
