seafoam

I've been adding seafoam to every other tank of gas. The bike seems to run much better.

Re: seafoam

I can't get seafoam etc over here, but I use a fuel additive with every tankful (it says it cleans carbs, valves etc) Can't give any provable facts, but the bike feels & sounds better than it did before I used the additive, & I've been riding it for over 5 years now, so I know what it felt & sounded like before I started using it. The stuff I use is a capful (and it's a small cap) for every 5 litres, so a bottle that costs the equivalent of $1 lasts for over 10 fillups. :2tup:

Re: seafoam

I use about 2 oz. in a tankful, every other tank. I'm due to add some, and the bike seemed a bit sluggish today. that is probably what it costs me, $10 for 10 additions. good stuff.

Wrong section. This is for posting threads on how to do something with pictures and a write up, not for asking how to do something. Please read the forum descriptions.
