Or you can just use Anti-Monkey Butt Powder. Yes it is real and works well.

My limit seems to be one hour. I try to get up and stretch every 45 minutes if I'm not in a hurry. This thing ain't made for comfort; it's made for fuel economy and in-town commuting. That said, I've done a few trips to Mexico that were 5 hours and I stopped one or two times during the whole trip; painful as hell, but stopping in BFE Mexico ain't really a good choice.
