usually my friends upgrate/modifiy the bike using complete front and back bandit / gsx bike, as it looks much sexier with big tire...i also have slight modification to my bike. i move its rear rim 17x2.50inc to front while the rear i made custom with size 17x4.25inc, for tire i use battlax bt 45 front 110x80x17 while rear 140x70x17. i have also install aftermarket performance clutch springs and change it standard coil to nology + hotwires, mj 148, pilotjet 2.5...and it goes fasssttt...it can reach 100km/h in second :p ...but the fuel cost me 1L for 25 km, while in standard condition it reach 1L for 32km..hehehe

i also modified it turn signal using aftermarket old gsx750 and it muffler i re size. and it has been my way of doing modify bike that, the original parts i keep first in my warehouse.

A center stand would be real nice. Let us know how you make out.

Actually we don't have a GZ250 anymore. My SO, Lynda, graduated to a Suzuki M-50 a year ago. She was sorry to see it go but it did fulfill it's duties as a great starter bike and she rode it half way across Canada and back in the summer of 08. The bike performed like a champ when ridden according to it's design and capabilities. :2tup: :2tup:

Ahhhh. I did a Google search and found nothing. Hey double!!! You want to pick up a center stand and post it to me and I'll give it a try on a GZ250? Of course there'll be reimbursement.

Re: me & my Thunder 250

@mole2: sure bro, i'd be glad to help. i'll go check up the price first at suzuki dealer then i'll PM u. usually when parts don't ready stock in dealer, i give down payment first then i have to wait for about 2 weeks to collect it. btw for application i'm not quite sure it can be install for GZ250. but better yet i'll try to take a pic for it later after my bike out from workshop doing routine service.
