Rebuilt with chinese parts. Then put suzuki parts back in with chinese gaskets.
Time for a Suzuki head gasket I guess.
Those Alibaba GN250 parts are made of mouse queefs

Good to know. I guess sometimes you just have to spend the coin.

Oh well.
Even for a failed build/experiment...... I got thousands of miles

All my previous builds I just got factory .5 mm overbore piston, new rings, gaskets and new valve guides then let the machine shop do their magic and then I reassemble with factory gaskets and a tiny bit of mojo.

One thing is surprising... This silly thing just keeps running like the Terminator.
It has it's fits but just wont quite die 9-]
It ran spitting out combustion gasses and oil but it just kept running o_O

I have to say, they are built like a tank for an economy level bike.

The GZ is a simple bike with relatively simple cures when things go south.

That's actually good to know for me as I look around for parts and pieces online.
