Welcome to the forum. Sounds like a good deal to me. Keep in mind, you will need new tires from the get go. They might look good, but I would not trust them. If you buy the bike, we can give you more information on how to get the bike back on the road. Has the bike been in NON-OP with DMV since 2008??? If not, the fees might be more than you want to pay. California wants all their back fees if it was not in NON-OP. Check with DMV prior to making deal!!!!! Trust me on this one. Cost could run well over the value of bike.

Welcome. Fair price considering the mileage. You will have to invest some money into tires, cleaning out the fuel system, new plug, lube all cables and oil change with filter. Lube and adjust the chain as well just to get a fresh start. I would imagine the battery might need replacing as well where it has been sitting inactive for so long. Charge it up and see if it runs. Good luck, and if you end up purchasing said bike, be safe and have fun

Welcome. Sounds like you got a good bike that needs some TLC and tires. Yup, lube everything that moves too. That includes the speedo cable, hand levers, side stand, all cables, chain of course,
Take a can of contact cleaner to all the switches too. The side stand has a shut-off switch that gets really grungy living under the bike.
You will likely have a lot of unwanted Yuck in the tank and fuel system. Lots of threads here to explain how to fix that. Above all just have fun with the bike.
