Carburator Float adjusment

Hi profies ! Can some one show me a picture or a video how to measure properly the adjustment distance by specification of Floats ! 13+-0.5 , because i think i dont measure it right, in my opionion it has to stay in some specific position to be the measurment with calier righ ? Tnx alot!

Look at his video. I found it very helpfull.

It is important to follow and - do not adjust float with carb just upside down.
