Can't your local bike shop order one for you? Shouldn't be too expensive.

They come up often on Ebay as part of the left control switch.
But you must look carefully to make sure it has the cable included.
Some listed do and some do not.

Thanks everyone. I'm still having issues finding one. Tried calling my local shop and they couldn't find one?

Any other name it would be under?

Something odd here! I've been through the parts manual 3 or 4 times, to try to find it. Nowhere in the parts manual is the choke/enricher cable to be found. Looks like someone dropped a clanger when they were putting the manual together.

A throttle cable wouldn't work right? And it's not a universal part?

37400-13FB0 - Handle Switch Assembly

When you purchase this, it looks like it goes either way on whether or not it comes with the cable. Try that part number with your local shop and see if they can verify that it's included. I've seen it both ways.

Thank you. I think I have tracked one down after 3 weeks of searching. Is this thing hanging off in the picture what I'm looking for?
