getting new spam on here

Now, under the Introduce Yourself thread, there's new spam ads popping up for used car dealers from someone named tradebuzzing, his first post. Have you seen that yet? Can it be deleted?

Just PM or report the post and I'll take care of them. Usually they don't get that far considering the spamblockers we're running.

I think he had registered as a new member and that's how he got on and posted that message.

Yeah, we may be getting the occasional "actual" person spamming on here, but we should be clear of most of the automated spambots and spiders out there. I changed the security question on register and as much as I hate it, I'm going to implement Captcha tagging and authentication on the register script as well.

Thanks for the notice. Be aware of the ! sign on the bottom right of the posts. That will Report the Post/Thread to the modbox and it emails me whenever that happens. I'll be likely to get it fixed within a few minutes of getting that email.
