Are you talking about the 5 settings the bike has on the rear suspension? And how do you adjust that anyway? Mine is on the 5th setting.

Just get a screwdriver. Push it in the hole, & twist the whole thing until it locates under the semicircular cutout that you want. Remember to do BOTH sides equally. Time taken - 2 seconds each side. Then go for a ride (taking the screwdriver with you). If it doesn't feel right, pull over to a safe place & try the next notch. :2tup:

Yep.Make sure whatever you use,that it fits in the hole snugly,as it takes a bit of pressure to turn it.

And don't freak out when it goes "BANG-OING!!" as it falls into the next position.

Going from 5 back to 1 is fun. Have your wife video your face the first time you do it
