2000 GZ250

Here's two photos of my 2000 Suzuki GZ250. This is a great bike! I've been zipping all over my county on the bike. I bought it this summer with the windshield already installed. I believe that it's all stock parts. The pock marks on some of the chrome can't be seen in the photo (the previous owner didn't necessarily take great care of the bike and then stored it dirty for several years). I have these wild dreams that enough chrome polish and the pock marks will disappear (ok, I know it's not going to happen, but hey, I'll keep trying!).

Have you tried 000 or 0000 steel wool along with that chrome polish?
In a lot of cases it will make the marks almost disappear.

*grins* We prefer to keep it longer. It's less gas being spent so therefore, more gas can go into the bikes!

Actually, given the low prices and better quality cut provided by a reel mower, there is really no excuse, especially considering the nice size of the yard. A reel mower would be a great addition to your garage.

Our property's almost 1/4 of an acre. That is just the edge strip. It takes hours to mow because it's got a lot of trees, "flower beds" that have gone to weed because the house was empty for several years before we purchased it, and randomly shaped bits that take a long, long time to go around. And, truthfully, I've got better things to do with my time than move a mower around and maybe poke someone's eye out with a rock.
