Rear Brake Squeaking

Well I recently installed new rear brakes, and now I hear a, well, squeak squeak, from the rear. I then took my rear tire back off to find out what was wrong, and it turns out the spring at the top was hitting some little fin things inside the shoe holder. The squeaking is really prominent when im driving. I was wondering if I was the only one out there running into this problem. Thanks

I've never heard of this.

I've never even heard of anyone changing the rear brake on a GZ. At 20,000 miles mine don't look worn.

Squeeking brake spring is a new one. If memory serves me reliably, you should be able to swap the spring end for end. It may fit better.
