"New Topic", "Quote" and "Reply" buttons

I suggest that anyone who clicks any of these buttons should be transferred to the "GZ250.com Etiquette & Protocol - All users, please read." post, where after two or three minutes a return button would appear - "Continue".

Of course, when you are in a discussion, you don't want/need it to happen every time. I suggest the following schedule:
Newbies - every time (every click)
Sponsors - once per month
Admins - not necessary, they live by it
Others - once per day

I don't think a "time out corner" would help anything. Maybe first time posters should be routed there ONCE.

What prompted you to make that suggestion at THIS particular time......when things have been relatively quite for a couple of weeks now ?
