Re: "BIKERS"

When you walk past the car in the garage to get on your bike, rather than walking past the bike to get in the car.

Re: "BIKERS"

I think it depends on your point of view. In some places "biker" has some negative connotations to a lot of people (not all, but enough). Clubs with very large membership tend to have some bad eggs. :poke2: And some people think you aren't a biker if you ride a Honda, Suzuki, Yami, or Kawi. :fu:

I'm not that kind of rider (biker, motorcyclist :??: ). I take no offense to being called a biker, but don't get upset if others use a different definition, as long as they realize a Jap bike is a real bike. If you ride a bike and want to be called a biker, then you are.

"BIKERS"

We all ride for different reasons, we have our own style and we ride machines of our own choosing. As individuals, we are driven by our own personal decisions on thise matters... and we need to respect each other's decisions.

It doesn't matter if you ride a Harley or a sport bike, a Goldwing or a scooter. No matter what you ride, as long as you are astride two wheels (maybe 3) that are pushed along by an engine, you are a biker. We are all branches of the same family. Remember to respect each other.

The finest folks in the world are found on bikes. Ride proud and ride safe!

Re: "BIKERS"

Back in the late 70's I met an old guy who called himself a Motorcycle Man. Well into his 60's and had owned and ridden almost everything out there on 2 wheels. At the time he was on crutches with pins in one hip due to a bad get-off mishap and writing off his bike in the process. He already had a new no-miles H-D in the garage waiting for him.
