So this morning Goggle had a senior moment and couldn't find the forum. Thanks for that suggestion to try again and try again with the special highlighted button. Up pops Twitter Value of the forum. In case John doesn't know. You now are worth $62,109. Well done John.

I really have no idea to be honest. I would take a guess and say it is a perceived value for pop-up advertising on Twitter. I never use Twitter myself so have no idea how it actually functions.
Maybe some one else can fill in the blanks.
